What Should Be The Mindset to Relieve Stress

There are many instant solution of reducing stress like playing your favorite music, taking enough sleep, using medication etc.


You should follow all those instant solutions plus psychological solution to get rid of stress.


Sometime you expect something, but didn’t get that after trying. So, stop expecting things, which you don’t deserve. It doesn’t mean that you will not earn enough money. It means stop too much expectation.


You expect to be better than someone, you compare yourself with other, it causes stress.


Now how can you stop your too much expectation.


Simple solution stay happy with yourself.


Tell yourself that nothing wrong will happen to you, unless you do something wrong.


Can you remember when you was a child, then you haven’t any type of stress. It’s because you were full of energy, you had fear but not the stress. Spend sometime with kids and spend sometime alone, try to know yourself, you cannot expect something from yourself unless you know your true potential.


I am not saying that you need to do meditation, no you don’t need any so called meditation. Just you need to spend sometime with yourself.


Like for example, tomorrow take a break from all the routine. Switch off your phone and then spend time alone for 3 - 4 hours. You will realize your problem at that time, first time you can’t stay more than 2–3 minutes but you need to continue it for 3–4 hours, and after practicing for few days you will get a source of happiness which will kill all those stress.


Then you will try to help people. And after that you will able to channelize all your energy like a child. You will release your energy by pursuing your hobbies, like I release my all thoughts via painting and music and thus a positive cycle will start.


And in this positive cycle you will able to get many friends.


 You can stay happy in your worst condition too. But remember nothing is going to happen unless you take this small steps.
